Equipment Condition Rating

1) Equipment is acceptable in it's present condition.

2) Equipment required to be repaired for correct operational functions.

3) Equipment MUST be repaired immediately, in order to comply with the safety standards of the equipment and it's operator.

We service all makes and models of cranes. We service our customers cranes as if they are our own. Our goal is to minimize the downtime on your crane. We do that by preforming a thorough inspection. At the end of the inspection you will receive a report of all findings. Annual inspections are mandatory and can be supplied if needed. We also provide preventative maintenance inspections if needed at the frequency of your choosing. If your crane needs to be repaired contact us and we will be there to get your crane repaired and operational. We do systematic troubleshooting to get to the root cause of the issue and have your crane back in operation as soon as possible. What separates our troubleshooting is that we are able to think outside of the box, it's that simple.

SCHEDULED PM INSPECTION - Inspections that are scheduled at the frequency of your choosing with inspection reports provided.

ANNUAL INSPECTION - Inspection report and certificate provided. Certificate provided only for cranes that passed the annual inspection.

SERVICE REPAIR - Repair report provided.

We specialize in Demag equipment with a owner that was trained from the factory on the team. We have IDAPSY which stands for Inspection Diagnostic Application System software but also in the industry the name CANBUS or Demag Safe Control is also used. This software optimizes our service to you by allowing us to diagnose issues quicker for service repair calls on Demag cranes with this system. The counters in IDAPSY software provide predictive maintenance for key component of the hoist or crane which can limit future downtime as these components reach the end of their useful life.
